Poetry Well is presenting Broadway stars Marc delaCruz, Kenita R. Miller, and Jennifer Sánchez as they lift their voices in a live virtual concert of iconic Dolly Parton tunes and glittering new poems inspired by the legend herself on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at 7pm EST. Pearl Sun directs.

Marc delaCruz is Hawai’i born, Seattle raised, and now lives in New York. His credits include Hamilton (current Broadway cast), If/Then(original Broadway cast and national tour), Ordinary Days (Keen Company), Three Days to See (Transport Group), Vietgone (Studio Theatre) and Next to Normal (Tantrum Theatre).

Originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, Jennifer Sánchez has been featured in eight Broadway shows. Highlights include West Side Story, Sunday in the Park With George and most recently, The Rose Tattoo. She has performed on The Tony awards, Dancing with the Stars, and at the White House for president Obama. As a writer, her music has been called “defiant in its originality, filled with wit and unexpected humor.” Her newest song “Heartbeat” won the Times Square Alliance audience choice award and is available on all steaming platforms.
